The story of Company Line Development Corporation is one of resilience and steady growth, rooted in the vision of its President, Ms. Iline Rafin. The company's unique name is a personal nod to its founder — coined directly from her name, "Iline," symbolizing her personal commitment and hands-on leadership style.
2016: Humble Beginnings
The journey began in 2016 with modest resources but a clear mission: to bridge the gap between skilled workers and the construction industry. Operating initially as a small enterprise, the business focused on the essentials of trust and reliability. During these early years, the company operated with a "boots on the ground" approach, personally sourcing and vetting dedicated manpower to support various projects.
Growth in the Industry
Over the years, the business established itself as a dependable partner for General Contractors (GenCons) across the region. By consistently supplying quality manpower — ranging from skilled laborers to specialized tradesmen — the company helped ensure the timely completion of numerous construction projects. This period of service solidified its reputation for integrity and operational excellence, then transitioning to general contracting from small scales to large ones, expanding its client base and workforce volume organically.
2024–2025: A New Chapter
Building on nearly a decade of industry experience and trust, the company reached a significant milestone by formally upgrading its status into a corporate entity. Now registered as Company Line Development Corporation, the organization is poised for larger-scale operations — a renewal of its promise to provide professional, top-tier manpower and infrastructure development, general construction, and deployment services to the construction industry.
